Manufactured from polyurethane, multi cast pigs are available in a variety of designs for multiple applications. One piece molds provide durability, longevity and no assembly required. Cups and discs are arranged in each pig for a special purpose, depending on the type of maintenance required.
MAXI CAST PIG
The Maxi Cast Pig is a solid-cast polyurethane product that combines sealing and scraping capabilities in one cleaning pig. This design combines the aggressive scraping cups and sealing discs to maximize scraping and cleaning. It can be manufactured in a variety of durometers for specific applications. This is an excellent recovery tool for rescuing stuck foam pigs.

MAXI CUP PIG
The Maxi Cup pig is a solid-cast polyurethane pig designed for 2" through 30" pipe and available in up to three durometers. The three-cup design allows for smooth transition with full wall seal through tees, check valves, and full opening valves. The hollow core allows expansion while under pressure for maximum performance at all times. The Maxi Cup pig is effective for controlling paraffin build up in crude oil lines, separation of refined products, pipeline commissioning, and product evacuation.

MAXI FLEX PIG
The Maxi Flex Pig is a solid-cast polyurethane product. The sealing discs and rear cup design are extremely effective in evacuating liquid deposits in both gas and liquid systems. It can be manufactured in a variety of durometers for specific applications. The superior sealing capability of this pig make it ideal for product batching, line displacement, and product evacuation.

MAXI FLEX II PIG
The Maxi Flex II is a solid-cast polyurethane product available in 4" through 24" sizes. It varies from the original Maxi Flex pig by replacing the lead disc with a second cup for ease of launching. The first cup is followed by four sealing discs and a rear cup. The Maxi Flex II is effective in removing paraffin deposits, iron oxide, liquids, and black powder. The hollow core design makes this pig lightweight and maintains an excellent seal.

FLEX VALVE PIG
The Flex valve pig is designed to maximize fluid and debris removal and small enough to be launched from a pigging valve. Great for gathering lines and can be manufactured in soft durometer a for low flow applications
